I agree to use only authorized systems and accounts; use MFA where required; protect passwords and never share credentials; install/use only authorized software; protect customer and personal data; not transfer company data to personal cloud storage, personal email, removable media, or unapproved AI tools; promptly install required security updates; lock devices; immediately report lost devices, phishing, suspected compromise, or unauthorized disclosure; follow least-privilege access; and return company assets and data at separation.

I understand company systems may be logged, audited, secured, backed up, and monitored as permitted by law and policy, and that access may be suspended when necessary to protect Zorvente or customers.
